Quill is a lovely silky Russian Blue young adult. He takes time to feel comfortable and warm up. Quill likes other cats, he will rub on and play with the other fosters in his foster home. He does not show any fear of the small dog in his foster home either. If you are willing to give Quill time and space to come to you, you will not be disappointed in the reward.
